1)paint your nails with a light colour nail polish.
2)make a circle with a white nail polish and then try to create the ears.
3)take a pink nail polish and create a small triangle for the nose , the inner part of the ears, and create the bow.
4)take a black nail polish and create the eyes and mouth.
